Participating in If This House Could Talk is as easy as 1-2-3 (and 4 in 2024!)
Step 1:
Register your house using this MAP ME link. We do not collect personal information–only the address of your house. If you want to appear in our 2024 book, please register!
Step 2:
Create a poster or banner. Not sure where to begin? One option is to look through the resources provided on this website. Scroll down on the home page – lots of great info! Another idea is to schedule an appointment with someone at the Newburyport Library’s Archival Center or Museum of Old Newbury. Or just use the “Contact” tab to ask a question and an experienced researcher will get back to you!
Step 3:
Hang your poster and walk around Newburyport from July 27-August 4, 2024. SEE THE MAP
Step 4:
Purchase the 2024 edition of If This House Could Talk, available by November–just in time for the gift-giving season.
